Across 31 courses with a published per-person price, the range is €500 to €30,200, with a median of €3,804. The lowest is Extra Training at Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN) (€500 per person). Non-euro prices are converted at the ECB rate.
Most are private certificates issued by the school or association, not state qualifications. They show what you trained in; employers and authorities in your country decide what they accept. The cards say “Professional” only where the school calls its certificate that.
Starter courses in pizza, gelato and pastry usually accept beginners. Advanced and master courses often ask for a basic course or work experience first; the course notes say so where the school states it.
