Small cooking school led by chef Isa that offers a week-long sourdough bread and baking course: five hands-on 4-hour classes over a Sunday-to-Saturday week using an 80-year-old starter, covering bread, focaccia, pizza and sweet bakes. Private tuition for 1 to 4 people, year-round on request.
